CIIMAR MOSES team attended the seminar.

Access2Sea aims at improving the attractiveness of the European Atlantic Coastal Area for Aquaculture Activities, while facilitating a more sustainable access to Business Opportunities for the sector.

This project, started on March 2019 and will be run by 9 partners from 5 different EU countries including 4 research organizations (CIIMAR being one of them), 3 business support organizations and 2 development agencies. Over the next 3 years, the partners will collaborate on topics such as marine spatial planning, technology transfer, business models, social acceptance of aquaculture and the support of new and existing aquaculture SMES, to facilitate their Access to the Sea.

The CIIMAR MOSES team took the opportunity to briefly present MOSES to Mrs Suárez Lena and to suggest possible collaboration, as aquaculture in Portugal is of common interest of both projects.
